My husband Mark was in the army for 10 years before he gained his honest discharge! He developed a condition that prevented him from continuing his repair in the military… After he was discharged, he wanted to work as a civilian so he needed to find something that would make sense for him.
And the main skills that he had was Heating & Air Conditioning as that is what he did while he was in the army, then unluckyly, because of his injury he was unable to perform the physical labor that is required for someone who is an Heating & Air Conditioning worker… So, Mark did the next best thing, he opened his own Heating & Air Conditioning company & hired a crew of Heating & Air Conditioning supervisors plus workers to execute the work… Mark focuses on sales & advertising & because of his know-how in the industry, he is easily relaxing at selling his service, currently, his company has 2 supervisors & 13 Heating & Air Conditioning techs, most of whom have been toiling with Mark for over 5 years.
Mark is affectionate about Heating & Air Conditioning, & however he cannot perform the repair like he did when he was in the army, he is able to train his crew on how to fix & complicationshoot all Heating & Air Conditioning troubles. Under his leadership & extensive training, the company has been operating successfully for about 15 years now, & although Mark could retire in the next 5 years, he has no plans to slow down anytime soon. He likes being an Heating & Air Conditioning provider & toiling in the industry, & when you care about what you do, it’s taxing to walk away from it.
