My local area experiences winter time weather that can be dangerous.
There are times when the temperature drops well below zero and remains there. At the same time, my pal and I get several feet of snow accumulating in a matter of hours. Along with icy pavement, the wind creates white-outs that make driving especially hazardous. There are frequent driving bans, travel advisories and winter time weather warnings. My associate and I worry about losing power and the potential of water pipes freezing, and several people die every year from hypothermia. Having a functioning boiler is a necessity! Last February, while in a certainly nasty blizzard, my furnace quit. My fiance and I tried everything to get the boiler operating again. My associate and I replaced the air filter as well as the batteries in the temperature control. My associate and I evaluated the breakers, vacuumed out the vents and hit the reset button, and nothing worked, and the indoor temperature dropped suddenly. My associate and I bundled up in numerous layers of jackets, winter time coats, hats and mittens. My associate and I wrapped ourselves in heavy blankets and found a couple of space boilers in the attic. My associate and I also started making calls, looking for an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to give emergency repairs. Because of the road conditions and heavily falling snow, my pal and I had difficulty finding a supplier that was willing to offer service. My associate and I were honestly appreciative of the specialist who showed up at our household at four in the morning to repair our furnace. She needed to replace several parts and make many adjustments to get the boiler running again. She encouraged us to schedule a thorough service of the furnace as soon as the weather became more cooperative.
