My brother & I are both middle class housewives looking for something meaningful to do with ourselves & my buddy and I have casually considered opening up a cannabis dispensary.
My buddy and I envision a classy arena where people may just want to hang out, maybe with some marijuana infused beverages, a lounge & some songs. My brother & I both know that my buddy and I have a lot of things to consider before our vision of a cannabis dispensary can become reality, if it ever does, however for example, my buddy and I would need to find a nice location, one zoned for sales, away from parks, churches, colleges & high crime neighborhoods. My buddy and I would need to find a location that is well lit with nice security in a busy, yet easy access area, maybe something downtown, I think. Maybe my buddy and I should have one built, and but, I don’t guess the banks can legally lend money for a marijuana dispensary because marijuana is against federal law, even though the states are legalizing it. So, finding the perfect location for a marijuana dispensary can be pretty hard, & finding funding for one may not be easy. Then, also before my buddy and I open up a marijuana dispensary like the one my buddy and I envision, my buddy and I need to consider law. It may be prohibited by law to allow consumption on the property. And another thing to consider, can my buddy and I open a store for homeopathic healing products & just add marijuana products? Is it legal? Should my buddy and I even consider it? My brother’s & my idea of an awesome cannabis dispensary may not come to fruition, but my buddy and I haven’t yet disregarded the idea.
