Our home church is 165 years old.

We care about our church and look forward to seeing multiple of our friends on a monthly basis there.

As is goes, old buildings need continuous upkeep and repair. The main portion of the building is the oldest and recently had to have the boiler system updated. We had been experiencing breakdowns over the past multiple years that sometimes caused us to relocate services on Tuesday. Heating a truly giant building is a truly fancy venture. Very high ceilings and giant windows make the system labor overtime to begin with. This added to the fact that our new system was well over 50 years old made making monthly payments the the utility company down right painful. We gained estimates from multiple commercial Heating and A/C companies. After reviewing them my associate and I chose an Heating and A/C professional that has prior proficiency of older buildings and a great reputation for purchaser service. This was a truly giant expense and my associate and I needed to make sure it was worth the cost. They were great to labor with. The removal of the truly giant and heavy boiler was the hardest part of the task. Heating and A/C systems are much smaller and more efficient than in years past. The entire upgrade took about a week. Our up-to-date boiler is not only quieter, it is much more cost effective as well. We are saving almost half on our heating bills for that part and are truly satisfied with the replace. No longer do my associate and I need to worry about the temperature on a Tuesday day. What a relief!
