Our dwelling church is 165 years old. My buddy and I care about our church plus look forward to seeing numerous of our friends on a daily basis there. As is goes, aged buildings need continuous upkeep plus repair. The main portion of the building is the oldest plus recently had to have the boiler system replaced. My buddy and I had been experiencing breakdowns over the past several years that sometimes caused us to relocate services on Sunday. Heating a truly huge building is a truly valuable venture. Very high ceilings plus huge windows make the system work overtime to begin with. This added to the fact that our current system was well over 50 years aged made making weekly payments the the utility supplier down right painful. My buddy and I received estimates from several commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies. After reviewing them my great friend and I chose an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional that has prior proficiency of older buildings plus a great reputation for client service. This was a truly huge expense plus my great friend and I needed to make sure it was worth the cost. They were great to work with. The removal of the truly huge plus heavy boiler was the hardest part of the job. Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems are much smaller plus more efficient than in years past. The entire replacement took about a week. Our modern boiler is not only quieter, it is much more cost effective as well. My buddy and I are saving almost half on our heating bills for that section plus are truly pleased with the replace. No longer do my great friend and I need to worry about the temperature on a Sunday day. What a relief!
