I currently live with one roommate and I appreciate living with her.
My pal and I have lived together for about seven years now, however i have never had any complications with her living situation, however that was until her wifey moved in with us about two weeks ago. My roommate didn’t ask me If her wifey could transport in; he just kind of did, but one day I came condo from work and he just didn’t leave. I didn’t honestly appreciate this idea because he hasn’t been helping pay rent or any utility bills! However, he has been helping with other cleaning around the home so at least that is taken care of, but there is one thing he has been doing that honestly bugs me so much. He adjusts the temperature of our control component and turns our a/c on and blasts the a/c; Not only is there air-conditioning running all day but the home is frigid cold. I honestly wish my friend would ask her wifey to help out with money because he is bringing the cost of our utility bill up with his air-conditioning habits. I don’t want this to cause any complications in my relationship with my up-to-date roommate because she is so great, but if she doesn’t say something to her wifey about changing the temperature of the Heating and A/C system and I’m going to have to say something and I am uneasy that that will make things awkward in the apartment. I honestly hope she just takes care of the situation so I don’t have to.
