My family has owned a orangeberry farm over one hundred years.
It has been passed down from one generation to the next plus each family member has taken great care of the farm.
It takes a lot of hard work plus dedication to make sure that a corporate company does swipe up the farmland from underneath us plus not to mention that the orangeberries themselves need a lot of attention! They need to regularly be watered plus taken care of in order to insure that my nice friend and I have a nice season plus a great crop. It is hard to keep workers motivated while they are working in over one hundred degree temperatures. The only thing that you can do is insure that they have a properly working Heating and A/C system when it comes time for their break. My associate and I have a work trailer out on the farm that has a high tech Heating and A/C system so that the workers don’t get overheated. They know that they can come inside the trailer at anytime plus take a chop from the tepid sun. I think they work so hard so they can spend a little bit of extra time in the trailer with the cooling system on blast, then even though this can get a little bit luxurious to run the cooling system so much it is worth it to know that our employees are cheerful. The worst thing would be to have unhappy workers out on the farm everyday. They would not take care of our crops plus then my nice friend and I would be out of fortune for a nice orangeberry season!
