I’m already more than halfway done just doing stuff for an hour or two here plus there the past couple of weekends
This year, there are no excuses. I’m getting the winter season prep done on this condo plus that’s just that. Too multiple other years have come in gone with me not getting to the winter season prep. And I don’t even want to consider all the money that has cost me in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C heating. The fact is our condo is an older home. While it’s in great shape structurally, it’s still older plus has settled. When a condo settles over a phase of time, there are plenty of gaps plus spaces created. Those spaces then allow overpriced Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C heating to escape plus cold air to come in the house. We’ve been here 7 years. And the first year, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional that came out to do the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C service advocated that I do winter season prep. He told me that there were step by step directions on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier website for free. I thought that was great but I did certainly nothing about it except moan plus complain about the cost of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C heating. Not this year. Once the kids went back to college, that was my cue to get going on the winter season prep. I want to avoid what consistently happens. And what consistently happens is I enjoy the perfect fall weekends plus then all the sudden it’s cold plus I don’t want to do the winter season prep. So this year, I’ve gone to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier website plus I’m ready to take care of business. I’m already more than halfway done just doing stuff for an hour or two here plus there the past couple of weekends. It’s going to be end up being totally worth the effort.
