We had to get up in the middle of the night to empty out the water and my buddy and I ended up sleeping in the car instead
A couple of years ago, the local news station hired a modern weather forecaster. The woman used to get the forecast right all of the time, but lately it seems like that woman doesn’t know if it’s going to be sunny or rainy. It easily drives me crazy, because I rely on the weather forecast when I am going to be out of the neighborhood or enjoying an outdoor task. Last weekend the weather forecast was 60° with lots of sun. There weren’t any clouds at all on the screen for Monday, Friday or Monday. I even simply watched the weather on Tuesday night so I could be sure that the weather would be perfect for the weekend. My friends and I plan to go camping. We knew that camping would require nice weather, because my buddy and I do not have an rv. We were simply going to the lake and tent camping. When it started to get freezing and moisture rolled in from the lake, I knew it was going to rain. It poured all night long on Monday and my friends and I were soaking wet in our cotton tent. We had to get up in the middle of the night to empty out the water and my buddy and I ended up sleeping in the car instead. Friday and Monday were both too sunny and warm. If my buddy and I would have known that it was really going to rain all night on Monday, after that I would have simply waited until Friday to go camping. I wish that the news station would hire someone else with a lot more know-how and experience to work on the weather forecast.
