My husbandy plus I recently bought our first condo plus everything in the house was perfect except for the heating plus cooling system, and really I should say just the cooling system, but because the boiler itself is working perfectly fine, it is the cooling system however that the two of us plan to labor on.
The cooling system that is in the condo unluckyly does not work, it’s really outdated plus I don’t believe the previous homeowner had it took care of or taken care of in forever.
We had tried multiple times to get the cooling system to turn on plus it wouldn’t even turn on at all. We have been warned about this before purchasing the condo however considering that the A/C system wouldn’t be that taxing to fix, plus the house had everything else that we ever wanted in a condo we didn’t hesitate to buy it even with an A/C system that didn’t work. What we did do was just call our local heating plus A/C provider plus have them send out a worker to take a look at it plus see what the issue was. When the heating plus cooling guy arrived he told us that this a/c likely hadn’t worked in quite some time plus thought it would be best for us if we just completely replaced it. I had been hoping that maybe we could have just ordered parts to have it replaced plus repaired, however evidently that wasn’t going to be an option. We had known that we might have to replace the air condition system absolutely plus had money to do just that. So my husbandy plus I we’re going shopping for a/cs later this week. We’re going to look at some local heating plus A/C companies plus see what they have to offer plus we’re going to look online plus compare prices before deciding on what new A/C system to get.
