It’s become almost a rite of Summer now.
This will be the fourth Summer in a row that I’ll be spending much of the time out on the road.
Back during the beginning of the pandemic, like various others, I was sent home to work inside the cooling system of my home, but while I could do plenty of the work that I did inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office, I couldn’t travel for business; And that’s a entirely big part of what I do. I tried the Zoom calls and online meetings. But there was only so much I could do from the central cooling system of my home. It felt as though my hands were tied so I asked the bosses if I could hit the road to see purchasers. They were entirely encouraged with my idea and it’s now become sort of a thing. I’m one of the few single people who does this sort of close customer work. And now, I’m expected to spend much of the Summer on the road with all the purchasers that expect me out there. It’s not so poor though. I live in a region where the Summer is the most dreaded season. So instead of staying inside the central cooling system of my home all Summer, I’ll be traveling. It could be worse. I have a great vehicle with attractive cooling system. And I now know just where to stay along the way in order to love consistent cooling system from fantastic commercial HVAC in hotels. Any extended road trip during the Summer months has to come with some cooling system that I can count on.
