There legitimately is some truth to the saying that it’s all in the details; For sure, there are details that when missing, can legitimately screw things up… But for me, there are times when those little details can make all the difference as well; This has been so true when it comes to the small change I made earlier this Springtime when it came to the HVAC equipment.

The office was closed for a week in early March as our entire commercial HVAC system was replaced, however so my associate and I all had to work from home again like my associate and I did during the pandemic.

Thankfully, it was early March which is just fantastic weather around here, and my pal and I don’t get much winter season so it’s not like my associate and I have any heating on in early March; No, the windows are open and Springtime is well underway at that point. Since I was home, I figured I’d get the cooling system tune up done early, i’d need the cooling system sooner rather than later so I’d get the HVAC service done early. Since I was at home, I got to talk with the HVAC serviceman a bit. My pal and I talked about pet dander and other allergens that I wanted to do separate from inside the central cooling system of my home. I had priced out whole-dwelling air purifiers and that was a bit more of a commitment that I was willing to make at this point. So the HVAC professional suggested that I replace the air filter for the HVAC equipment. I now have a HEPA filter which removes more than 99 percent of all indoor air contaminants including pet dander and other allergens. I was amazed how such a small HVAC equipment detail could make such a dramatic impact in my home.
