I’ve already had the air conditioning tune up done on the heating pump
So this last weekend, I called the annual family meeting to get us all on the same page again when it comes to the air conditioning used in this house. I know that this induces plenty of eye rolling from my wifey plus kids. They actually don’t see the big picture when it comes to changing the thermostat settings around as they please. But they are also not the ones who spend money to pay the utility bill. This meeting is one where I am quite transparent about the costs of air conditioning in our home. Look, I’m super delighted to be able to supply a great apartment with awesome central air conditioning for my whole family. There is no doubt that those four people are the center of my life. They are my motivation for me to get up plus get myself back inside the commercial Heating as well as Air Conditioning of the office suite every afternoon. Still, I need some extra help when it comes to not over paying for cooling while in the Summer. And with our Summers, that tends to be quite the project. Hence the meeting to once again commit to thermostat discipline plus maintaining a tight seal on the house. Along with pulling the shades and drapes to stop direct sunshine heating, this is all I’m asking of the family. So I bring out the utility bills from last Summer plus my associate and I go over where my associate and I did well plus where the family and I can improve. I’ve already had the air conditioning tune up done on the heating pump. And the apartment has been prepared so my associate and I are ready to go for Summer as long as my associates and I all stay on the same page when it comes to air conditioning.
