When my associate Ed and I first bought this house, I was sure that it was too big of a house for us.
And after all the renovations that Ed and I just went through, I’m now completely sure that it’s too much house.
But the fact is that Ed has wanted an arena like this for a long time. And Ed put up with me spending nearly all of my time inside the zone controlled Heating as well as Air Conditioning of my office making money. So if this is what Ed wants, then I’m nice with it. Still, a four living room apartment with a guest cottage in the back seems a wee bit much for two people. Ed easily got the arena just the way she wanted it. From the residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning to the floors to the kitchen, there was too much renovating. I happen to believe Ed did a fantastic job plus although I’ve been delighted to support despite the fact that I could, Ed’s been driving this project. I prefer the new heating plus cooling in this house. Ed and I have all sort of Heating as well as Air Conditioning technology that I’m not quite sure how to use. But since there is a smart thermostat, I just let it do its thing plus that’s OK with me. The guest cottage has been more of my project because I prefer hanging out in there. It’s supposed to be for guests so I had the local Heating as well as Air Conditioning business come out plus install a pair of ductless heating pumps in there. I have to say that I’m quite impressed with this new Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech. Well, at least it’s new Heating as well as Air Conditioning technology to me. The ductless heating pumps supply just amazing quality heating plus air is what has now become my fun little getaway spot.
