I realized the other day that my water is dependent on electricity, however i live in an area that gets a lot of drastic weather.
It isn’t out of the norm to have a torrential downpour and to have the lights flicker! So far when the power is out, I am properly sleeping.
It never lasts longer than an hour. I realized that if the power went out for an extended phase of time, I would be in trouble. I toil from house totally online. I also genuinely like having heat and the ability to shower. It just makes logical sense to get a generator and surge protectors, a surge protector is just to ensure none of my appliances get harmd with the lights going on and off! That would genuinely smell to have a busted oven, fridge, dishwasher or even a ipad system, however my security features are all electrically charged as well. The generator is just so I don’t lose my ability to toil and shower. I want to be able to toil out and shower, flush a toilet and play around online, but having power is just too pressing. I can’t go without it. I have found an electrical company that does surge protectors and generators. They can do the protection and get me a wonderful generator for a nice cost, but right now it isn’t a problem with the weather. I want to be safe though. Hurricane season is right around the corner. Rather than hoarding water and canned goods, I can just have my handy generator going.
