I’m not a fan of living in an property but it sure beats living on campus at school; The price for a dorm for 6 months was twice as much cash as the nicest studio property in my city; It made all the sense in the world to me at the time to get off campus & live in an property & save cash. The only tricky thing was finding an property that was close enough to campus where I wouldn’t have to utilize a vehicle to get to class every afternoon. I didn’t have a vehicle at the time & only had a bike. I was hoping I could get an property within biking distance of campus & that has exactly what I did. It’s a fairly fine property too, especially for my first apartment, then my parents have told me that they had much more rundown apartments when they were renting for the first time⦠On top of it, my property got a brand up-to-date air conditioner this year. I moved in last year & I remember the proprietor telling me about the air conditioner substitutements that would be happening within the next 12 months. It’s absolutely nice being in an property that has such a scrub air system in it. That way I don’t have to worry about my respiratory complications coming back & haunting me, and now that the up-to-date air conditioner is finally installed, I’m noticing that I don’t have to use nearly as much electricity to run it throughout the afternoon, so that way I have cleaner air & also a lower energy bill.
