I’m not a fan of living in an property but it sure beats living on campus at school; The price for a dorm for 6 months was twice as much cash as the nicest studio property in my city; It made all the sense in the world to me at the time to get off campus & live in an property & save cash. The only tricky thing was finding an property that was close enough to campus where I wouldn’t have to utilize a vehicle to get to class every afternoon. I didn’t have a vehicle at the time & only had a bike. I was hoping I could get an property within biking distance of campus & that has exactly what I did. It’s a fairly fine property too, especially for my first apartment, then my parents have told me that they had much more rundown apartments when they were renting for the first time… On top of it, my property got a brand up-to-date air conditioner this year. I moved in last year & I remember the proprietor telling me about the air conditioner substitutements that would be happening within the next 12 months. It’s absolutely nice being in an property that has such a scrub air system in it. That way I don’t have to worry about my respiratory complications coming back & haunting me, and now that the up-to-date air conditioner is finally installed, I’m noticing that I don’t have to use nearly as much electricity to run it throughout the afternoon, so that way I have cleaner air & also a lower energy bill.
