There are several must haves homeowners put on their list when looking to purchase their first home.

A particular amount of living rooms and bathrooms usually tops the list.

SOme look for a garage, a big yard, a particular town, etc. Many people forget to include central a/c and heating on their must have lists because they suppose that all homes are equipped with heating and cooling. I have a friend who is a realtor and she was trying to accommodate a couple’s checklist for their first home. She found a home for them, however the only negative was there was no central a/c and heating. The home checked all of their other boxes, such as a wrap around porch, wood floors, big windows, big living room, and huge yard. The couple fell in love with the home however they were completely stuck on whether or not they would be willing to purchase a home that did not come with central heating and a/c. The couple decided to reach out to their enjoyable friend who happens to be a serviceman at a local heating, ventilation, and cooling corporation. Steve, the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman asked if she could go tour the house with them to see how complicated it would be to install heating and cooling in their dream home. Steve used her expertise of Heating and Air Conditioning and determined that it would not be undoubtedly strenuous to install heating and cooling. She even offered them a friends and family discount if they decided to use her Heating and Air Conditioning supplier for this project. The couple bought the home and had Steve install the heating and cooling.
