I had been one of those people who assumed a lot of maintenance advice from my Heating plus A/C specialist, then when we had the heater installed the first time, he would insist on having routine checks at least twice a year, although I was not paying any attention to it… After all, I had never seen my parent’s Heating plus A/C system checked, yet it was perfect; or so I thought, but i had to learn the taxing way when my heater hastily crashed, & no amount of repairs could reclaim it, but the fact that it had not served me for so long, despite having been a new acquisition, pained me more, & I had to pay attention.

I was n for a rude shock as I discovered the strict routine that they both kept. My parent’s Heating plus A/C system was absolutely one of the best inspected I have ever come across. They continuously changed filters, cleaned ducts, oiled moving parts, & had their Heating plus A/C worker visit for routine tuneup sessions thrice a year. They also called for prompt repairs whenever there was a need, however just because all these never happened when I was around did not mean they had a magical unit. I learned so much from them & the Heating plus A/C corporation that handled my component from them onwards.
