Christmas was the most celebrated holiday with my family, so I consistently loved it. I have made Christmas a big deal in our family, and now my children enjoy Christmas even more than I do. My wonderful friend and I enjoy celebrating with friends at church, but the best times are at home with the family. My wonderful friend and I decorate the second week of November each year and having decorations up for so long before Christmas particularly builds up the excitement. On Christmas morning, my pal and I all stay in pajamas and each dinner together, after that I open gifts and sing Christmas carols… Last Christmas was a little different. My wonderful friend and I all came out to eat dinner together, and the home was chilly. My wonderful friend and I checked the temperature control, and it was set for seventy-two degrees like usual, but it was only forty degrees in the house. I could not recognize how chilly it was. Obviously, there was something wrong, but my pal and I did not know what. My husband checked the boiler and found that it was off. He tried to get the boiler to turn back on, however he did not have any luck. My wonderful friend and I did not want to ruin Christmas for the kids, so my pal and I all dressed up in our now suits, hat, and gloves. It ended up being one of the best Christmas celebrations that my pal and I have ever had. My wonderful friend and I just adapted and overcame. Of course, my pal and I called an Heating & Air Conditioning specialist to check out our boiler the next day, and it was a small problem that needed to be fixed. It did not cost particularly much, but my pal and I were just thankful for the memories made because of the bad circumstance.
