The HVAC units at my gym broke and I was at a loss of what to do.
I own a huge gym in my town, and we have always been known for our great HVAC units.
We have a zone controlled heating and cooling system in the gym, and a few smart thermostats throughout. Our central air conditioner and super furnace are top of the line HVAC units, and we have never had a complaint about the air conditioner or furnace. Unfortunately, both our central air conditioner and furnace stopped working on the same day. The central air conditioner needed some new parts, and the furnace below some fuses. This happened on a spring day, when we would normally use the furnace in the cool morning to heat up the gym to a normal temperature, and then use the central air conditioner throughout the day when it got hot outside. I went to the heating and cooling business and bought the parts that the central air conditioner needed, and I also purchased the new fuses for the super furnace. When I brought the parts to the gym, I tried to use my HVAC skills to fix the central air conditioner and furnace myself, but they were such advanced technology that I couldn’t figure it all out. I had to call a professional HVAC technician to come and fix the central air conditioner and furnace for me. Luckily the HVAC technician was able to fix the HVAC units quickly so that our gym was back to its normal temperature. That is the only time our gym’s central air conditioner or furnace was not set at the perfect temperature.
