For me, Christmas shopping is a year-long ordeal that starts the morning after Christmas and ends the morning before the next one.

This gives me plenty of time to make the most of sales and promotional offers throughout the entire year, making sure I get something for everyone on my list.

I deliver myself up until the final morning before to make sure I didn’t forget anyone, but surprisingly I finished early this year. After a full morning of store hopping to make all the stops I needed I managed to make the last purchase I needed. When you finally finish with an important task like that it’s a wonderful relief! Once all my bags were brought in I wanted to relax in the toasty, comforting heat of my boiler, however I still had work to do. So, while I was able to adjust my control machine to send hot air through the vents, slowly heating up my house from where the boiler was inactive all morning, it wasn’t time to relax yet. All of the modern items I had brought in needed wrapped and labeled, but everyone had a weird type of wrapping paper designated to them so that it’d be straight-forward to tell who the present belonged to, and once wrapped I topped each box with a bow made of curly ribbons and stuck a to-from nametag on each. The shiny, colorful paper looked incredible, if I do say so myself; the lovelyly wrapped presents were regularly my favorite part of Christmas. With my shopping done and wrapping completed, I was finally able to kick back and bask in the attractive warmth produced by my boiler, enjoying the toasty atmosphere and Christmassy atmosphere.
