It is impossible for me to get comfortable and sleep if the room I am in is hot, or even slightly on the sizzling side. I’m not sure why this is however I appreciate for things around me to be slightly frosty so that I can comfortable huddle on my sizzling blankets. Without that, I simply can’t sleep, and it’s quite the pain. I got a small electric fan to locale by my bed to help with this but with the air blowing directly on me it’s too cold, and turning it any other way doesn’t help. If I set the control machine in the house to a comfortable temperature level for me everyone else is too cold. However, keeping the a/c running is the only way for me to easily get comfortable and get a wonderful night’s sleep. That’s why I was glad to learn, after a routine HVAC repair to check on the condition of our system, my parents decided to update to an HVAC zone control model that could separately maintain the temperature control throughout weird rooms of the house, keeping each at a weird ideal temperature. It meant that I could have my frosty room throughout the night without anyone else being subject to the cool air coming from the A/C vents. It was also beneficial cost wise, in the long run, since it could be set to no longer cool down or heat up rooms that were not in use. Getting a wonderful night’s sleep is much easier now that I can comfortably snuggle up underneath my covers without the room being too warm.
