I am hoping that my roommate will help to keep the place nice
There is nothing that bothers me more than when people do not take care of their things. I am moving in with a friend soon. I am hoping my friend will help take care of this new apartment. We know each other well, however I do not know how he is going to be when we live together. I am hoping that he is the type to really take care of new stuff and keep it looking nice. However, it could go all wrong. I have lived on my own and have taken good care of my stuff. For example, when I moved into my last apartment I had a new HVAC system put in. I took care of that things so well. I made sure the schedule regular tune ups. I even put my money in to pay for extra filters to change it at least once a month. I wanted to make sure it was going to work for me. The HVAC professional told me everything I would need to do. He even provided me with some energy saving tips. These energy saving tips helped me to save more money. I would not even put a lot of wear on the HVAC system there. It ran perfectly for me the entire time I lived there. It was a one person apartment though. So, I had to get a new one. I am hoping that my roommate will help to keep the place nice. Not only in the HVAC system sense either. I want everything to remain looking really nice as it should always be.
