I have been working in a hospital for all of my adult life, but when I was a little girl I spent a great deal of time in hospitals as well! I was always getting sick as a kid plus as a result I spent a lot of time in plus out of the hospital.

I feel you could say that being sick as a kid inspired me to go into the field.

I always knew that I wanted to be a nurse plus I knew that it would be hard work to finally be in a hospital in a work other than a patient. I studied entirely hard plus graduated at the top of my class, I was entirely proud of myself! Growing up in plus out of the hospital, I already knew how freezing it was going to be to work in this kind of environment all the time. I get freezing entirely undoubtedly so from the start of my training I was already mentally preparing myself for the freezing temperatures of the hospital. A hospital is required to keep the cooling system set to a particular temperature so that it does not have the ability for infections to grow! Many times when the furnace is going a mold plus mildew plus start to form. Having a freezing space is better for the hospital environment plus I knew that it would be a daily struggle to keep warm. I knew that the Heating and A/C controls were set by the hospital administration plus that the staff was under no circumstances allowed to touch them!
