My neighbor does not have that kind of money and is distraught that if she doesn’t service the Heating and A/C system sooner rather than later she’s going to have real problems.
I can tell that my friend has been going through a taxing time lately! She’s lived across the street from me for about 10 years now so my good friend and I have grown honestly close. My buddy and I both have three teenagers so it’s easier for us to bond over that. My buddy and I spent countless evenings together having wine and complaining about the teenagers. However I saw a moving truck come to her apartment the other day and I observed that her partner‘s car was no longer in the driveway. I got honestly distraught about my neighbor because she hasn’t said anything to me about relationship concerns. So I asked my neighbor to come over for a wine evening so she could tell me what was going on. I didn’t want to pry but I wanted to know what was happening… Long story short, she and her partner are getting a divorce and she doesn’t know what to do. She is taking all the money and now she is having problems with her Heating and A/C system, however apparently the Heating and A/C business she’s working with told her that her new Heating and A/C system is so old that she is going to need to replace the entire thing. My neighbor does not have that kind of money and is distraught that if she doesn’t service the Heating and A/C system sooner rather than later she’s going to have real problems. Thankfully my partner and I are in a good spot financially so I offered to help her out. I care about her and her teenagers and I don’t want them to go separate from a working Heating and A/C system. I hope she takes me up on the offer because I honestly do care about her genuinely much. I know she has pride about these kinds of things so hopefully that doesn’t get in the way.
