There’s also a real fireplace that I can use for extra warmth, but that’s never very often
One of the best features of the house I live in is the inground swimming pool in the backyard. I purchased the house with the pool already installed, which was a huge money saver because I wanted a pool. My real estate agent told me that the area I lived in was impartial to swimming pools because some homebuyers loved them and some homebuyers hated them. This division meant that pools didn’t increase or decrease the value of any home on the market, which worked out wonderfully in my favor. Next to the pool, there’s an outdoor entertainment patio that I’ve set up for endless entertaining. One thing that was really important to me was being comfortable no matter what the temperature was outside, so I invested in a few things to help. First, I had fans installed to the ceiling that could be turned on and off with the flick of a switch. The fans also had misters in them to keep everyone cool if it was a hot day. For warmth, the pool was heated and enjoyable most of the year. I also purchased a portable outdoor heater that you commonly found in restaurants. I keep it beside the outdoor sectional and it does a great job at putting out enough heat to keep everyone warm. There’s also a real fireplace that I can use for extra warmth, but that’s never very often. Having extra heat and air in my outdoor space was crucial for my entertaining needs.
