My neighbor lives way out in the country. She likes it out there are she can do pretty much as she pleases plus has entirely few neighbors. She plus her family have about 10 acres of land plus the condo sits entirely far back from the main road. This is good with a few exceptions. Some of the new conveniences that most people take for granted are not available. Being that far back there is no neighborhood water, cable or even natural gas that run to the house. She must depend upon a well for water. This is good as long as you have enough rain while in the season. She also much depend on satellite for her cable. The largest adjustment was the use of propane for heating the house. Living in neighborhood my associate and I never believe about this. My associate and I are hooked into our local natural gas company plus have a steady supply. Our boiler system simply works. My neighbor found that her Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist had to make some adjustments when installing her new system. She bought the condo plus wanted a newer, more efficient heater so she could avoid high heating bills. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C company was able to request the best system for her plus hook it into the propane tank separate from a problem. They showed her how to monitor the system plus know when she should order more fuel as well. It is lovely out where she lives. You can see so multiple stars at night plus it is peaceful as well. I appreciate to visit but would not want to live there. Having to monitor my fuel consumption would just add one more thing to keep track of.
