My family has owned a redberry farm over one hundred years.
It has been passed down from one generation to the next and each family member has taken good care of the farm.
It takes a lot of strenuous work and dedication to make sure that a corporate corporation does swipe up the farmland from underneath us and not to mention that the redberries themselves need a lot of attention; They need to consistently be watered and taken care of in order to insure that my fantastic friend and I have a fantastic season and a good crop. It is strenuous to keep workers motivated while they are working in over one hundred degree temperatures. The only thing that you can do is insure that they have a properly working Heating and Air Conditioning system when it comes time for their break. My associate and I have a work trailer out on the farm that has a high tech Heating and Air Conditioning system so that the workers don’t get hot. They know that they can come inside the trailer at anytime and take a break from the tepid sun. I think they work so strenuous so they can spend a little bit of extra time in the trailer with the air conditioner on blast… Even though this can get a little bit lavish to run the air conditioner so much it is worth it to know that our employees are glad. The worst thing would be to have unhappy workers out on the farm everyday. They would not take care of our crops and after that I would be out of luck for a fantastic redberry season!
