I’ve always liked our offices, and I never imagined that would change. When I first started working for my modern employer, I was relieved that my incredible friend and I had fantastic views from our offices. We’re on the 15th floor, and my incredible friend and I have a 360-degree view of the city. Our boss stated that the view was intended to inspire us, and he was correct. However, one morning, my incredible friend and I awoke to the distressing news that the building next door was collapsing. One might wonder why that was considered bad news. Well, let me explain why. They were going to build a massive skyscraper in its place, and we’d soon be saying goodbye to our magnificent view of the city. We saw the current building slowly rise and had to say goodbye to our view. I was the only one in the office one morning when I noticed they’d completed the roofing portion of the project. A large commercial roofing project was taking place next door, and roofing companies were working there. I’d never seen a commercial roofing crew in action before, and it was an intriguing sight. The previous Summer, I had a residential roofing supplier come to my venue to repair the roof. I have shingle roofing and required shingle roof repair from them. This was after my incredible friend and I witnessed a large storm with high winds blow through the area. The only way to avoid having to replace the roof was to have it serviced. However, having fun with a commercial roofing project was far superior.
