I have a hallway closet that should be a fantastic storage area, but it is crammed full of stuff, and the indoor air handler for the HVAC machine sits in there on a stand.

That means I need to wedge a bin as well as mop in the space between, however i have a dust pan as well as cleaning products on top of the water heater. That is basically it when it comes to spacing. I can’t wait for those units to die. When the HVAC quits I want to get a ductless mini split system. I want indoor air handlers in the study rooms for zone control. That would free up 50% of the closet space. The hot water furnace is around 17 years old. When it dies I am going to replace to a tankless water heater. It is about the size of a small suitcase as well as can supply on demand hot water. I don’t legitimately prefer those things. I just like that I can have my closet. With the water furnace wall mounted, I have more space to store things. I want to put up a closet bar as well as hang coats as well as sweaters. I want to put shoes as well as the rest of my cleaning products. It will make the living room as well as lavatory storage areas less bloated. It makes sense that the hallway closet has coats as well as shoes, but right now it is just storing ugly, pointless equipment. I know my partner is a bit hesitant to change to a tankless water heater, although I guess my associate and I will prefer it.
