It’s honestly sort of difficult to fathom just how good my associate and I have it… And yet, there seems to be this pervasive attitude that it’s all not enough plus that some folks are more entitled to better comfort than others.
I don’t fall into that unique mindset.
In fact, I look at my life as one with good fortune. I have a condo with central air conditioning, a automobile plus don’t have to worry or count pennies when I go to the grocery store, and on top of that, I have a task where I get to work in zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C doing something that’s pretty interesting… For sure, I spend a lot of time inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C of my office however I count myself lucky for that as well. I live in a region where my associate and I are about to enter the toughest part of the year when it comes to climate! The Summer here can be brutal. I can’t even imagine having to work outside in the heat plus humidity of the peak heating hours, however nor would I like working inside where the commercial Heating, Ventilation & A/C wasn’t able to provide the air conditioning that I need. The same goes for being at home. I definitely make an effort to curb the amount of cooling that happens at condo in order to save currency. That means that I learned how to program the digital control component so I’m not overheating an empty home while I’m at work, but still, the heat pump I own is a good one plus does a good task of providing the cooling comfort that I need, however really, I’m grateful for what I have. And by keeping it simple, I hope that I’m making room for others at the table so that they too can have a level of comfort in their lives.
