It’s become almost a rite of Summer now.
This will be the second Summer in a row that I’ll be spending much of the time out on the road. Back during the start of the pandemic, like several others, I was sent home to work inside the a/c of my home, but while I could do plenty of the work that I did inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of the office, I couldn’t travel for business, but and that’s a absolutely big part of what I do. I tried the Zoom calls and online meetings. But there was only so much I could do from the central a/c of my home. It felt as though my hands were tied so I asked the bosses if I could hit the road to see purchasers. They were absolutely encouraged with my idea and it’s now become sort of a thing. I’m one of the few single people who does this sort of close client work. And now, I’m expected to spend much of the Summer on the road with all the purchasers that expect me out there. It’s not so poor though. I live in a region where the Summer is the most dreaded season. So instead of staying inside the central a/c of my home all Summer, I’ll be traveling. It could be worse. I have a great motorcar with elegant a/c. And I now know just where to stay along the way in order to prefer consistent a/c from great commercial Heating and Air Conditioning in hotels. Any extended road trip during the Summer months has to come with some a/c that I can count on.
