I’m consistently thinking that something bad has happened

I’m not all that sizzling about how much I depend on technology. It’s just entirely ubiquitous in my house plus inside the commercial Heating plus A/C of the office. I can’t get away from it. I’m in my mid 50’s so it’s not like I grew up with a computer fastened to my arms. In fact, I was so completely uninterested in anything that had to do with computers back then, perhaps that’s why I struggle now so much. Using technology is not exactly intuitive for me, and but more plus more, there are technology additions to my life that are actually easy for me. It’s not like the learning curve that seems never ending inside the zone controlled Heating plus A/C of work. There, I have to consistently ask questions plus get tutoring sessions, and at home, it’s been a bit better now that some of the technology is just so easy to use. The Heating plus A/C technology in my house is a good example, however we now have a smart temperature control that takes care of the heating plus cooling. I no longer have to be all over the temperature control in order to keep the air conditioner costs down. The smart temperature control does a better task than I could ever do at that. And when it comes to my Heating plus A/C chores like changing the air filter or calling for Heating plus A/C service, I have alerts set on my iphone. Actually, this has been super helpful when it comes to being on top of caring for the heat pump… Yet, I’m also consistently caught off guard a bit when I hear these alarms go off. I’m consistently thinking that something bad has happened. But it’s just time to change the air filter on the Heating plus A/C equipment.
