I moved in last year plus I remember the landlord telling me about the a/c upgradements that would be happening within the next 12 months
I’m not a fan of living in an home however it sure beats living on campus at college, then the price for a dorm for 6 months was twice as much money as the nicest studio home in my city. It made all the sense in the world to me at the time to get off campus plus live in an home plus save money. The only tricky thing was finding an home that was close enough to campus where I wouldn’t have to utilize a car to get to class every morning. I didn’t have a car at the time plus only had a bike. I was hoping I could get an home within biking distance of campus plus that has exactly what I did. It’s a fairly good home too, especially for my first apartment, however my parents have told me that they had much more rundown apartments when they were renting for the first time, on top of it, my home got a brand new a/c this year. I moved in last year plus I remember the landlord telling me about the a/c upgradements that would be happening within the next 12 months. It’s legitimately nice being in an home that has such a clean air system in it. That way I don’t have to worry about my respiratory complications coming back plus haunting me; And now that the new a/c is finally installed, I’m noticing that I don’t have to use nearly as much electricity to run it throughout the morning! So that way I have cleaner air plus also a lower energy bill.
